Torrent Motorsports came to Daytona on a misson! After leading many laps at the 6 hours of the Glen on July 7th with both cars days ending prematurely, the guys at Torrent were determined to make a statement at the SSCA season opener at the Daytona Road Course.

No question they did !! Petter Kassa drove the Race Sim Central sponsored Audi R8 most of the day with his co-pilot Nicholas Morse helping in the early stages of the race.

With their mission fullfilled, they head to Germany to try and duplicate their feat in the 8 Hours at the Ring.

Team FSR in their #5 Pescarolo C60 came home in 2nd followed by KR3W who drove their #42 C60 home in 3rd in their first endurance race in the SSCA Series.
